Founder of ClearState
Behaviour coach, neuroscience student, and founder of ClearState. He works with high-pressure men dealing with anxiety, overthinking, nervous system overdrive, and difficulty switching off.
Kieran Hedley has spent over a decade working in behaviour change, performance coaching, fitness, and anxiety support. Before founding ClearState, he built a science-based coaching practice to $192K/year and worked with clients across 12+ countries, from professional athletes to executives and business founders.
He is currently studying neuroscience to deepen the academic foundation behind his work. His coaching sits at the intersection of practical behaviour change, nervous system education, and performance under pressure, built on both lived experience and evidence-informed tools.
He is based in Sydney, Australia, and works with clients online: from Sydney, across Australia, and internationally.
ClearState exists because many high-performing men do not need more vague stress advice. They need a clear, private process for understanding why their system feels wired, what keeps the loop going, and how to build calmer responses in real life.
Many have already tried the standard toolkit: breathing exercises, meditation, cutting back on caffeine, or taking a holiday. Some of it helps at the edges. But if the deeper pattern is still running, the same symptoms keep coming back.
ClearState starts with a private diagnostic audit, then builds a personalised plan around the person, not the category. No clinical setting, no group format, no vague wellness framing.
Kieran works with high-pressure men: typically founders, executives, finance professionals, tech operators, lawyers, consultants, and senior business leaders who are still functioning at a high level externally but feel wired, anxious, overthinking, or unable to properly switch off and recover.
Kieran's coaching approach combines nervous system education, CBT-informed behavioural tools, exposure principles, breath and attention regulation, lifestyle review, and accountability. The goal is to help high-pressure men understand their patterns, reduce avoidance, improve recovery, and build more calm and control under pressure.
Every client starts with a private diagnostic audit: a structured mapping of triggers, body symptoms, thought loops, avoidance patterns, lifestyle inputs, and pressure responses. From there, the process is built around the individual with a personalised week-by-week plan, weekly private coaching calls, short check-ins three times per week, and a daily five-minute reset protocol.
The goal is not to eliminate pressure. It is to help the nervous system meet pressure with more stability, less urgency, and a stronger sense of control, built as a durable pattern through consistent, structured practice.
Practical cognitive and behavioural techniques to interrupt overthinking and avoidance.
Gradual, structured exposure to avoided situations to rebuild confidence and calm.
HRV-informed breath work and attention tools for real-life pressure moments.
Sleep, caffeine, alcohol, exercise, and recovery adjusted to support calmer baseline.
ClearState is coaching and education, not therapy, psychology, medical treatment, or crisis support. Kieran Hedley is a behaviour coach, not a registered psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. ClearState is not a substitute for clinical diagnosis, formal psychological treatment, or medical care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact your GP, a registered psychologist, or a crisis line such as Lifeline (13 11 14) immediately.
The first session is a private audit. We talk through what has been happening, what you have tried, where anxiety or stress is affecting your life, and what you want to change.
From there, we map the patterns that may be keeping your system wired, including triggers, body symptoms, overthinking loops, avoidance habits, lifestyle inputs, sleep, recovery, and work pressure.
If ClearState is the right fit, I'll explain what the 8-week process could look like for you. If it is not the right fit, I'll tell you directly.
We talk through triggers, body symptoms, sleep, overthinking patterns, avoidance habits, and lifestyle inputs. No assumptions, no generic frameworks.
Together we identify what is keeping your system wired. This is specific to you, not a general stress profile.
If ClearState fits, I explain what the 8-week process would look like. If it doesn't, I'll say so directly. No pressure either way.
A confidential 30-minute online conversation to map your specific pattern and find out whether ClearState is the right fit for where you are.
