Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ClearState website (clearstatesystem.com or any associated domain), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
ClearState reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Nature of Services
ClearState is an online coaching and education service operated from Australia, providing private coaching and educational support focused on stress management, nervous system regulation, and performance — for high-pressure professionals and men.
ClearState is a coaching and education service only. It is not therapy, counselling, psychology, psychiatry, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or a substitute for any qualified health or mental health professional.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical or psychological advice. For any medical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified and licensed professional.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
ClearState does not guarantee specific results from its coaching services, website content, or any associated materials. Individual outcomes vary and depend on personal circumstances, consistency, effort, and suitability for coaching.
Testimonials published on the website represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future results for any person.
4. Booking a Private Audit Call
Booking a private audit call through the ClearState website does not create a client relationship. The audit call is an initial conversation to determine whether ClearState coaching is appropriate and suitable for your situation.
A formal coaching agreement, including details of services, pricing, inclusions, session structure, cancellation terms, and refund policies, will be presented and agreed to separately — before you become a paying client. No coaching fees are charged at the point of booking an audit call.
5. Acceptable Use
By using this website, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute any website content without written permission
- Use automated tools to access, scrape, or crawl the website
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems

7. Limitation of Liability

Where consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the re-supply of the relevant service or payment of the cost of re-supply.
8. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. ClearState is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
